Big Boyz is a 2100 sq. ft. house that is fully furnished including a 36" TV with Satellite and a Washer and Dryer. The modern kitchen has all the amenities and necessities needed. We supply bedding, towels and minimal cleaning and paper products. In the four bedrooms are 2 queen, 3 standard and 2 single (Bunk) beds. We also have a sleeper sofa and pullouts if required. Our rates are based on a maximum of eight (8) guests for a weekly visit.

Weekly Rates (Monday - Sunday) $670.00 (includes cleaning fee) at time of reservation.
Weekend Rates $350.00 at time of reservation.
NO refunds for bad weather or poor fishing.
Check-In after 3:00 PM (Monday).
Check-Out before 10:00 AM (Sunday).
Maximum/Total eight (8) guests.
NO Pets allowed and NO Smoking please.
Our housekeeper will open and leave keys prior to check-in.
Upon departure, please place keys in kitchen and lock all doors.
Please leave house neat and tidy.
