CONFIRMATION OF SALE
We require that each transaction be initiated by our buyers filling out the order form provided on our website. Please be sure to fill in all the information requested on the form. Once we receive this form from the buyer, we will in return confirm the sale by email.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected within 14 days of sale. If payment is not received within the allotted time, and no other arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
Check or Money Orders are accepted. Payment by Check will require 10 days to clear bank, item will then be shipped to buyer. Money Orders shipped as soon as possible.
We request when mailing payment, please include a printout of the order form you filled out on our website, or you may write down on a sheet of paper the following:
1. Name, Address,
Email, Phone Number
2. Item Number
3. Item Description
4. Whether Insurance is desired or declined.
We have a form available on our website at the link below. If you would, please fill it out online and hit the submit button - also, if you would please print out this page after you have filled it in and return it with your payment. FROM THIS FORM, we ship packages, insure packages (please indicate if insured or not insured) and provide us with the item description of any feedback you may have.

SHIPPING
We ship PRIORITY MAIL or other methods as specified by customer. Shipping charges are calculated according to weight with packing material. Our buyers are responsible for all shipping charges. (insurance is HIGHLY recommended for items of GLASS, but optional). If you decline insurance on your item, Leigh's House of Antiques and Collectibles, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF MERCHANDISE.
Our normal shipping days are Tuesday and Thursdays. We will email you when your package is shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Items are shipped in the order of payment. Checks payments do not constitute immediate shipping. If you need your item immediately, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.
Shipments are delayed for the following reasons:
DAMAGED OR LOST MERCHANDISE
All claims for damaged or lost packages will be made by the buyer. Notify us by email within 3 days of receipt of package, and we will send you the proof of insurance receipt along with an invoice of your purchase. Damaged items must be taken to your local post office WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING in order to file a claim.
RETURN POLICY
Please realize some of our merchandise offered is not new and has sometimes lived a long and eventful life. Every effort has been made to describe our items as accurately as possible including flaws and imperfections. We scour auctions, estate sales, tag sales, flea markets and garage sales to find antiques and vintage items we think you will enjoy owning. We offer the items as found. We do not alter, repair or clean in any way, except for some glassware which is washed if necessary. We do not sell on approval. All sale are final unless item is not as described.
We guarantee our items to be as described in our listings, so please read the listing of items carefully. If the item you receive is not as described, it can be returned for full refund of item price. We do not refund shipping charges.
